  I fucking hate the Cardinals!!!
As you can guess from the title, the Cubs lost today 4-0 to the Cardinals. Pisses me off!

I hope the Cubs win over the Cardinals!

Regular Season of Baseball has ended today!
But baseball is not over yet for the Chicago Cubs in 2015! They are one of two Wild Card teams who will play each other. The other Wild Card, the Pittsburgh Pirates, will host the game because they have a better record than the Cubs.

Hopefully the Cubs can beat them and advance further in the playoffs....

  12 years? LOL!
I can't believe this thing is still up. I'm posting in time for the Chicago Cubs' postseason for 2015. They are one of the two NL Wild Cards, the other being the Pittsburgh Pirates. I looked at my posts from the 2003 postseason with (morbid?) fascination and so I decided to revive this blog.

About Steve Bartman

I don't remember if I blamed Steve Bartman for the Cubs' troubles as a 17 year-old all those years ago. I do mention in this blog about an "unfortunate incident" during that game. But at least I know now that Bartman shouldn't be blamed at all for the Cubs' loss. The pitcher on that day, Mark Prior, had a base loaded already in that inning and was starting to pitch wild already. The ball that Bartman and the other fans tried to catch was only a foul ball and not a home run or anything. Also, the Cubs had one more game to go even after that loss. If they were really a good team, they would have won that next game against the Marlins.

As I said in the IMDb Message Boards, I hope the Cubs win the World Series (hopefully this year) not only because I am a fan, but so that fellow Cubs fan Steve Bartman can finally live in peace without people hounding him for a "crime" he didn't commit.

Just a place for me to record my thoughts and aspirations.
